We purchase only the finest products from a select group of fishermen and worldwide producers.  All of our suppliers and local fisherman partners are committed to the same standards of quality as we are.  We start with the best to produce the best.  No corners are cut at any point during the production process.

Setting us apart from our competitors, our shellfish is purchased in bulk and repackaged, washed and sorted to minimize dead loss and loss because of damage or breakage in shipping.  Although it requires more labor, this process produces a far better product with minimal loss in mortality.  It is another example of how we go the extra step to insure our customers are receiving the best product possible.
