Located in the central coast wine region of Paso Robles, California, Artisan Paso Robles proudly supports the community whole heartedly by offering the very best of the superb local fare. The owners regularly schedule “field trips” with their purveyors to educate their team members, which in turn is passed on to the restaurant guests.
Today, Central Coast Seafood was honored to participate in Artisan's field trip adventure. From fish cutting demos, to walking through the coolers and seeing the whole fish and live shellfish waiting to be processed, to experiencing below
zero temperatures inside the fully stocked 1200 square foot vastness of the freezer, the Artisan team received an up close and personal tour of Central Coast Seafood.
Artisan stands true to their commitment to feature local and organic produce and proteins that are wild caught or sustainably farmed with no growth hormones or antibiotics. Thus, it was important to their team to have th opportunity to witness firsthand how Central Coast Seafood inventories superior quality whole fish, provides the tracking right down to the fisherman and boat (in some cases), shares the sustainability rating, and only processes the orders by hand when they are placed.
Thank you, Team Artisan, for allowing us the opportunity to share the Central Coast Seafood difference with you!

I personally love eating at Artisan! I'm always impressed at their ability to serve the most exquisite dishes, I savor every bite! It is obvious that they are really picky about their ingredients too, their vegetables are always gorgeous and original, they cook seafood and meats to perfection, and their sauces are divine, just enough without drowning the flavor of the main ingredient. To end with the best, you must start with the best!!!
